We provide algorithm-generated travel itineraries and related content for personal, non-commercial use. We do not book travel or act as a travel agency.

While we aim for up-to-date information, visa rules, prices and local regulations can change rapidly. Always verify critical details (e.g., entry requirements) with official sources before booking or travelling.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Designer and its founders are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Payment and refunds

• All transactions occur through Stripe in test mode; no real charges are processed during beta.
• If live billing is introduced, you’ll receive prior notice and can opt out.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Disputes will be resolved in Nicosia courts.
